Are you struggling with thoughts, emotions, memories, grief, loss, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, panic, anger, feeling stuck, or worried about your relationships? My therapy practice is based on a belief that everyone has a unique history with many experiences that shape and transform our ways of being and interactions. Each person is beautiful and whole with a powerful story. So many factors impact our development, how we see ourselves, and how we relate to one another. Sometimes it can be difficult to know who we are, who we want to be, or how to take the next step.
Through an interactive process of therapy, we will work together to determine an approach that helps you meet your desired goals using a client-centered approach in which you are the source of knowledge and I am a facilitator, a witness, inviting you to explore, delve, process, and integrate.
My background in health psychology included a holistic approach to healing and wholeness, bringing mind, body, spirit, culture and other contextual factors together to expand awareness in the exploration and acceptance of who you are, what it means to be you, and how you wish to live your life.
