Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or just struggling to keep up with work, family and find time to take care of yourself? I'm Karen and I have over 20 years of experience empowering people to overcome obstacles that inhibit growth and fulfillment and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. I completed my Master's degree in Social Work from New York University, and this year obtained an MBA from Kent State University.

I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist as well as a yoga instructor with specialization in trauma sensitive yoga. I enjoy merging therapy and mindfulness to illicit healing and a sense of balance.

Therapy can bring up many feelings and I hope to leave you feeling heard, valued, hopeful and empowered. I promise to offer a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to learn more about yourself and grow into your authentic self.
