I love working with young and old alike. I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR. I've worked w/ women facing postpartum mood disorders, clients in life transitions, and enjoy teens and young adults as well. I have a passion for helping you heal.
