I adopt a mindset of learning, growth and helping you to overcome hurdles that would otherwise impede progress. I love working with young and old alike as you face life challenges. I have specialized training in EFT, EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), as well as being IFS informed. I've worked w/ women facing postpartum mood disorders, clients in life transitions, and enjoy teens and young adults as well. I have a passion for helping you heal. My approach will add hope and possibilities to your life.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and builds on your strengths. I look forward to meeting you where you are at and creating a safe space for you to heal and grow.
