This casual, drop-in basis group meets to examine the principles of a healthy relationship -- what does a healthy relationship look like and what are the components. We are all involved in relationships: co-workers, family, friends, loved ones, etc.... With a focus on problem solving and analysis, the discussion is group-led. In this open-ended group, attendance varies from month-to-month, but participation is always lively!

Sexual Survivors Support Group
This by-invitation-only, closed, confidential group meets weekly to process a very intense, emotionally laden topic using Christian based material in which the survivors learn about the damage of secrets, feelings, shame, blame, self-loathing, responsibility, forgiveness, control, and acceptance. Attendance must be a priority; homework, completed; and participants fully share and participate in the confidential discussion.
