In my practice, I focus on helping you navigating the challenges of life and discover the way your patterns or life experiences have made it difficult to properly process emotion. I believe the mind/body connection is critical in the treatment of mental health and utilize EMDR and Brainspotting in my practice.
My belief is that the most effective therapy begins with the connection between the therapist and the client. From that connection, the healing and growth begin to occur. I utilize a psychodynamic approach and I am EMDR and brainspotting trained with a background in trauma/addiction. I have extensive experience with adults, families, and couples.
