Are you struggling with who you are now as you age and grow older? I help older adults work on identifying their values, purpose, and identity now that they have raised their children, or have left their job. I help clients create the life they want as they approach retirement. We work on ways to lower stress, have healthier relationships with family and friends, and find happiness with yourself and the choices you make in life. As a PsyPac provider, I work using video across over 25 states.
I provide supportive therapy, Retirement and Life Coaching to older adults to help them to relieve emotional pain and find solutions to their problems or their life challenges. I specialize in emotional shifting and personal growth as we grow older.
