Starting therapy is taking a huge leap of faith. I congratulate you on the courage it has taken you to get here! I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, which may include LGBTQ challenges, substance use, yours or someone else's, continued recovery challenges, or simply just trying to discover what it feels like to be happy. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I welcome you to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin.
