POTS Support Group for Teens
Living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) as a teenager is isolating. Between school absences, physical symptoms, and the emotional toll of a chronic illness, many teens with POTS feel deeply alone. Our support group at Kindred Counseling in Naperville, Illinois, was created specifically for adolescents navigating life with dysautonomia. What to expect in our support group: A safe, nonjudgmental space facilitated by a licensed therapist — Connection with other teens who truly understand POTS — Coping strategies for managing anxiety, school challenges, and social isolation. This group is for teenagers ages 13–19 living in Naperville and the western suburban area.
