Relationships, life transitions, and identity exploration are my specialties. I'm an East-West combo, combining soulful mindfulness, & depth work with creative exploration and real world practicality. I have trained extensively in IFS (Level 2), IFIO, and Somatic Therapy. I support folks with complex minds and hearts to heal (& grow) from the trauma and drama of this world, and to create a life worth living and loving. I work with dynamic individuals and couples who feel lost and want to find their way back to clarity, connection, and aliveness.

I will support you thru relationship repair (or conscious uncoupling), unpacking big identity questions, career shifts, & the existential throes of quarterlife and midlife (whoa!). I love LOVE, even when it’s messy. I work with couples (& triads) to heal wounds & restore connection, & with single folks to find more love & joy in this paired-up world.

My 20+ years of experience as a yoga & meditation teacher, life coach, artist, and broken heart-healer (mine and others!) has given me faith in the power & possibility of healing, growth, and change.
