I have been a practicing Marriage Family Therapist in privite practice for over 20 years. My specialities include, but not limited to: marriage, pre marital, and restoration of marriage after crises. Individual specialities include depression, anxiety, grief recovery and women's issues.
I use a combination of approaches including behavioral, CBT, solution focused and person centered. I assist clients in reaching their personal and professional goals by providing specific directions, tasks and solutions to help them move forward in more productive ways. I use positive psychology in my practice because of it strength-based approach.
Although I work with clients with a multitude of religious backgrounds, it is my Christian faith and my high personal standards that frame my value of each individual client. I value the incredible privilege to provide my skills and experience I have to each individual person I see as a client.
