I help individuals and couples break free from painful patterns and build more connected joyful lives. I specialize in helping women overcome people-pleasing, over-responsibility, and self-doubt so they can develop confidence, boundaries, and a stronger sense of self.
I also help clients heal unresolved trauma using brain-based, somatic, and parts-work approaches that create lasting change.
Couples work, focuses on communication, emotional disconnection, and healing after infidelity or betrayal- partners learn to rebuild trust, reconnect, and create more secure, lasting relationships. Listening, validation and empathy are key.
I use Brainspotting and internal family systems to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain held in the body and nervous system. With couples, I use Imago Therapy to improve communication, deepen understanding, and heal disconnection. Together, these approaches create lasting change in both self and relationships.
