We live in a world in which we must rely on relationships. The most common need I hear from clients is the desire to improve their personal and professional relationships. Improving these relationships goes a long way toward improving our own mental health. I have been helping individuals and families navigate important relationships and transitional times in their lives, by helping them find strengths within themselves to solve their problems. With a strong background in Organizational Development, I have worked with a variety of clients: from executives needing help organizationally to individuals finding their path in life.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have continued the use of systems work within the family dynamic to help with improving communication, empowering parents, and help with marital and parental relationships with children: whether in young, formative years, to adult children needing guidance, and assisting in solving inter-generational problems.
