While I specialize in treating children and teens, I devote half my practice to adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, eating disorders, ADD, and marital therapy. My kid friendly office provides a great environment for children to talk and play through problems, and for adults to rediscover joy.
I believe an experienced, competent, warm therapist can promote change, and that every patient deserves the opportunity to grow and heal, especially children. I use play therapy, DBT, CBT and family therapy as my methods for cultivating change for the good in thoughts, attitudes and behaviors for children and adults.
