As a Zurich trained Jungian Analyst & Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I work with you to understand & utilize your own innate wisdom for personal growth & transformation. Psychological suffering such as depression, anxiety, addiction, restlessness, lack of meaning, or spiritual crisis can be an opportunity for growth. Together we strive to find a deeper meaning in these symptoms to allow for healing and a more balanced life. I have work experience as a primary therapist in both an inpatient and outpatient treatment facility, which provided me with a keen understanding of mental health issues and ways to manage symptoms.
I work with you through your personal stories, somatic symptoms, or relationship issues, as well as dream interpretation, expressive art, or other symbolic material, all of which can add a depth & breath to your personal process. The symptoms we experience can hold meaning & a direct line to the greater personality & our unlived lives.
I trained at the C.G.Jung Institute and the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zurich, Switzerland where I received my post graduate diploma in Analytical Psychology. I have over thirty years of clinical experience, extensive work with grief and loss, addiction & recovery, as well as training in spiritual development.
