Are you ready, willing, and able to challenge yourself, to acknowledge symptoms, and make the necessary shifts in thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions, to change your current circumstances? I'm your therapeutic partner to assist you in your discovery, exploring, and healing process. Learn to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health symptoms. With acceptance, respect, and firm gentle nudges (with a little humor mixed in), together we can enhance your self-insight so you can gain clarity, learn symptom-management skills, heal from the past/present, and find the correct life balance to enjoy life again. It's time
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience partnering with teens (ages 16-17) and adults/couples (18-64+) seeking help with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, career/ life transitions, relationship/academic/occupational issues, grief and loss, trauma, and self-esteem issues affecting daily functioning.
As your therapeutic partner, I'll draw upon evidence-based therapy approaches such as client-centered, strength-based, positive psychology, emotionally- and solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness. I'm dedicated to meeting you where you are and together co-creating the therapeutic plan to get you where you want and are committed to going.
