I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience partnering with teens (ages 16-17) and adults/couples (18-64+) seeking help with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, career/ life transitions, relationship/academic/occupational issues, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem/awareness affecting daily functioning and other issues.
