I help women resolve past trauma related to emotional deprivation and shame/fear-based messages in one's family of origin that has manifested as problems with substance use/abuse, perfectionism, and control. In my approach to therapy, I integrate creative arts interventions and internal family systems. I value the client-therapist relationship as central.
I am currently offering teletherapy sessions to individuals residing in the state of Oregon (OR) and California (CA) where I am licensed. In addition, I will be starting to offer in person therapy sessions in my Portland, Oregon office at the start of August of 2021.
