About
I believe there is hope for anyone who is seeking help both individually and relationally. Sometimes our emotions interfere with us living our best life. It is often necessary to regulate our emotions so that we speak clearly and directly. As a level 3 trained Gottman Couples therapist I believe it is possible to constructively manage conflict so that it will bring greater understanding.
My experience both in school and church settings have allowed me to bring knowledge and insight into the private practice setting. The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy can also bring a depth of understanding whether working with couples, families or individuals.
