Wright Counseling & Consulting, LLC works with teens/adults struggling with substance use and behavioral challenges. They are seeking recovery and/or want support navigating life with greater stability and clarity. Many of my clients also experience co-occurring concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief or chronic stress and are looking for care that addresses the whole person - not just symptoms.
My clients are often high functioning but are, tired of carrying everything alone and ready for meaningful change. Some are new to therapy while others have tried treatment before and want a more supportive approach.
My heart has always been for the people. Guiding, supporting and encouraging individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders utilizing a solution-oriented treatment approach. I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with over 20 years of experience. I utilize trauma informed evidenced-based practice.
