Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and we aren’t sure what to do to move forward. Have you found yourself stuck and feeling hopeless? I believe we are all capable of change and I would like to be part of the journey towards healing. My style of therapy involves Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy. I am also trained in trauma specific treatment modalities, EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
During sessions we will work on understanding what challenges you are experiencing and practice skills to address these issues and work towards our therapeutic goals. I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship and creating an environment that feels safe and allows you to explore your vulnerabilities.
