Traditionally trained in psychodynamic and CBT. However, clients who are open to an overarching paradigm of spiritual/energy concepts have proven to benefit the most from CognoSpiritual Psychotherapy which I developed to address clinical issues, e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other psychological/emotional issues associated with living and working in this world. A fundamental assumption of the paradigm is that "God" is spirit/energy in All things, people, situations (omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent energy), not limited to man-made divisions of faith and practice.
Three traditional specialties inform my clinical work: Social, organizational and clinical psychology. Given the issues prevalent in our world, I now allow myself to be a channel for "Higher Wisdom" to inform my clinical work with clients; my "intuitive" and spiritual as well as faith-based capacities are integrated into my practice.
