My approach to trauma recovery starts with me joining you at your side and centering everything on your ideas, values, and goals. Over the last 10 years I have learned to trust that my client’s bodies (somatic information) hold the truths needed for healing, and I am here to help you learn how to make the information from our sessions useful and effective.
