I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. I offer therapy to children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, and seniors. My areas of expertise include trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and serious mental illness.
I have a strong background in family therapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, with particular interest in generational trauma, parent-child relational challenges, and healing from childhood trauma.
I offer trauma-informed, personalized care using CBT, DBT, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. I am certified in TF-CBT, sand tray therapy, art therapy, and telehealth. I collaborate closely with families, schools, and providers to support clients through complex life and developmental challenges.
I earned my MSW from UALR and have over 25 years of experience in outpatient, hospice, school-based, and inpatient settings. A founding member of the Sand Tray Therapy Association, I also mentor LMSWs and hold certifications in crisis response, HIV/AIDS education, and CPR. My style is warm, direct, and focused on generational healing.
