Hello! I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I do everything I can to make the process feel comfortable and supportive from the very beginning. I genuinely love the work I do, and I hope that comes across in every session. With over 24 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families of all ages with a wide range of life challenges. These include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is warm and practical while we work together to create a plan tailored to your unique needs. You don't have to do this alone!
One of the most effective tools for healing trauma is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I’ve used EMDR with many clients over the years and have seen firsthand how powerful it is in helping people find lasting relief. Other therapies I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy
I've been happily married for many years and we have six children. We live in the small town of Providence, Utah. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and orientations.
