My clients describe me as warm, engaging, thoughtful and funny, but also as direct, challenging, and focused; seeking out the hard and stuck places in their approach to living and loving. I don't try to convince my clients that life is easy or carefree, but I do believe a lot of contentment with life and acceptance of the self can be found when we face and come to terms with our truths. Unlike many folks offering therapy services, I have engaged in extensive education and training, in analytically informed psychotherapy, which I belief enriches and deepens the work.
In addition to my analytically informed psychotherapy practice, I offer psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, for individuals, couples, and in small group retreat settings. The goals of the work remain the same, which is learning from our unconscious about ways to access more emotional freedom. Ketamine is currently legal for use with trained clinicians.
I have some areas of special expertise, but I believe therapy deals most with the issues we all share in common, like figuring out how to love and be loved, how to see ourselves and others with compassion, and how to take control of the crafting of our lives.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Training/Practicum
Incorporating psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy into your outpatient practice is much easier than you may think. For licensed clinicians, our program offers a streamlined process which will enable you to weave this tool into your existing therapeutic modality, be it psychoanalytic psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, IFS, mindfulness-focused, eclectic, relational, somatically-based, narrative therapies, etc. within 2 months.
