The metrics of a good relationship are clear and well researched. 'Small things done often' makes the greatest impact on relationship happiness. We focus on attunement, accountability, building empathy and wise communication patterns that increase intimacy and trust. As you practice skills in session and use them at home you will see things change. Things may improve sooner than you expect. This work is grounded in Imago Relationship Therapy, the Developmental Model of The Couples Institute, the gold standard research of the Gottman Institute and advances in neuroscience. I also work with individuals seeking wholeness and healing.
