I am a licensed and certified mental health and substance abuse counselor in the state of Washington. I have practiced in the state of Washington since 2008. I previously practiced in the state of Idaho from 2001-2003. I see clients ages 10 and up. Some of my specialties include addictions, women's and men's issues, couples therapy, family therapy, adolescents, hypnotherapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), mindfulness training and simple meditation, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, and others. I offer telehealth upon request but prefer to see clients in person if possible.
