Is your life going in a different direction than you had imagined? Are you overwhelmed, unmotivated and find it hard to move forward? All of us get off track sometimes, and we could all use help from time to time too. Over the past 10+ years as a therapist, I've been committed to joining clients in their quest to get to the root of their problems. Together, we will figure out what is needed for you to work through your issues, allowing you to get back on track, and move on to a healthier, happier place.

There is not a "one size fits all" to the type of treatment that will work. I've had training in various types of treatment to support those with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma and relationship problems. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Recovery Empowerment, Strength Based and more.

I'd be honored to share lessens and trainings with you. We will work as a team, creating goals specific to your needs, and then begin the journey of growth and healing. Together, we will find a new course and direction to get you back on track!
