I have worked with many diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Trauma, ADHD, and Personality Disorders. I am here to provide a neutral and safe space for my clients.
I use the therapeutic approach that is best for my client. I have often used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Play Therapy. I work on building rapport in the first session so the child, adolescent, or adult feels comfortable during our future sessions.
I specialize in working with adults and teens who have depression, anxiety, bullying, anger, and self-esteem issues. This can be a difficult time for loved ones, seeing the one the love struggle, therefore I work with the parent(s)/guardian(s) and/or families as a whole to help them through not only their loved one's journey but their own journey as well.
