Together we'll examine root issues in the core of your identity that produce painful emotions, lead to maladaptive behaviors, broken relationships, and impede progress.
I enjoy working alongside individuals, helping them work through challenging life issues, emotions attached and negative beliefs at the root, which affect their ability to cope effectively in the present. I offer several modes of therapy including EMDR which is evidenced based treatment that facilitates healing from trauma or distressing life experiences.
The path to wholeness involves diving below the surface and examining the core of our very being, our identity. My passion is to facilitate identity and significance in God's truth about who we are, while dismantling negative strongholds of thought that are tied to others perceptions or actions towards us.
