I believe people can be so much more than the sum of their life experiences and the roles they have adapted to. Maybe it feels like life has gotten too hard because it's filled with anxieties or depression. Maybe you feel trapped by an addiction or that the life you are living is someone else's script. I believe I can help. Why? I have over 20 years of personal recovery from drugs and alcohol along with years of experience and education in the mental health field.
As a depth oriented psychologist, I will get a sense of your past and present life as seen through you. We will explore the known and hidden parts of your world that may be beneath the issues that have brought you to seek therapy.
