I work with a variety clients and recognize everyone is on their own journey in life. My goal is to help you become a better version of yourself. I have over 11 years of experience working as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and I have been a nurse for over 35 years. I have post grad certificate in sex therapy and am a Certified Sexology. I have experience working from outpatient services to inpatient acute care.
I provide individual and couples counseling. Specialty areas include anxiety, depression, life changes, as well as sex therapy, including sexual dysfunction, premarital and marriage counseling. I enjoy helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy, communication, and relationships difficulties. I also work with Veterans and active duty military.
I bring a compassionate, open-minded approach to therapy, creating a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable exploring sensitive and often complex issues.
