I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with relationships of all kinds - family, workplace, romantic - and want to feel less stress and tension, and more harmony in their interpersonal relationships.

I specialize in working with adults. I utilize family systems theory, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I attended the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at St. Thomas, and have also worked in California and New York.

In addition to the issues mentioned above, I also have extensive experience in treating individuals and families affected by addictions, eating disorders and other mental health issues.
