I have been a therapist for more than 35 years working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder and personality disorders. I have worked extensively with those who have issues with substance abuse, childhood sexual abuse and relationship conflicts.
I am open to the client's strengths and preferences with regard to choosing an approach. I believe that psycho-spiritual approaches give the most effective results so that you can be happier and healthier in your personal life and relationships.
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and inner child therapy both of which have worked effectively for the majority of my clients.
