I offer a holistic, evidence-based and solution-focused approach which is trauma-informed. Physical health, relationships, trauma history, development, and many other factors contribute to mental wellness. I see it as crucial to stay up-to-date on the most recent research to provide professional care backed by scientific evidence. I believe that true change is possible, and to get there, we need to have a plan.
I have training and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health challenges and use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help guide you to better mental health. It's a collaborative process in which I want to help empower you with the tools you need for change.
I love what I do. I love listening to the stories of my clients and walking with them to finding restoration of a life they used to know or building a healthier future. I believe that true and lasting change is possible. It is a process of growth and change, and I would love to walk that journey with you.
