I offer individual and couple therapy and am also a sex therapist. I provide a holistic, evidence-based and solution-focused approach which is trauma-informed. Physical health, relationships, trauma history, development, and many other factors contribute to mental wellness. I see it as crucial to stay up-to-date on the most recent research to provide professional care backed by scientific evidence. I believe that true change is possible, and to get there, we need to have a plan.

I have training and experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues and use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy. With couples, I incorporate the Gottman method, and I also treat individuals and couples dealing with sexual issues or dysfunction.

I love what I do. I love listening to the stories of my clients and walking with them to finding restoration of a life they used to know or building a healthier future. Whether mental health, relationship or sexual problems, I've seen it all and want to provide a place you feel safe to process and heal.
