I have 16+ years of experience in helping children, adolescents, teens, adults and families in dealing with everything from day-to-day struggles all they way to life-altering trauma. My approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), however I incorporate many other techniques that allows me to provide more personalized treatment.
