I’m Karen Martinez, LMFT local therapist in the Fair Oaks Village. I’ve been helping adults navigate life’s challenges for over 14 years. Sometimes life starts to feel like too much. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from the people you love, or like you’re constantly taking care of everyone else while putting yourself last. You may know something needs to change, but not know how to get there.
Therapy gives us a place to slow things down, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is warm, practical, and individualized. I’m Brainspotting Certified and incorporate Brainspotting, CBT, EFT, and other approaches based on your needs.
You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.
