Armed as a licensed clinical social worker, it is my honor to offer safety, support, and understanding as you bravely step into the exploration of a richer, more fulfilling life. I practice primarily Internal Family Systems to address life challenges with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. My ideal clients are adults who carry shame, depression, anxiety, and alike due to their trauma history and are looking for a richer more fulfilling life.
I believe the therapeutic journey belongs to the client and I stand beside them as a compassionate guide deploying Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and Mindfulness techniques for symptom relief and resolution. Shame reduction and elimination are paramount in my practice.
My primary focus is to provide a safe place where individuals are free to share openly about their struggles. My office is a judgement-free zone where all emotions and thoughts are welcome.
