I want to help you by offering a non-judgmental, warm and accepting atmosphere where you can voice your concerns, fears, and feelings that you are experiencing. Confusion, depression, anger and sadness are some of the reasons people come in to therapy. They have doubts about their own feelings, thoughts and sometimes identity, which results in lowered self esteem and a lack of personal motivation. Therapy won't change who you are, it improves who you already are, leading to self acceptance and peace.
By using empathy, warmth and a non-judgmental approach, I encourage clients to tell their story in full, thus, enabling them to feel relieved from their pain. I have an extensive history of working with clients in a psychoanalytic and humanistic setting.
