I enjoy working with adults who want to understand what is happening with their struggles and move toward feeling more peaceful, confident, and connected. Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or a difficult life transition, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I provide a safe, compassionate space where we can help you move forward in your life.
I specialize in a very effective trauma treatment called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), offered both in person and online. It has helped so many of my clients find permanent relief from difficult life experiences and patterns. Online EMDR offers the added comfort and convenience of receiving therapy from home.
I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes healing can come from many sources. With the perspective that comes from many years of life experience, I value authenticity, connection, and hope.
