I completed my Ph.D. in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I did my early training at the Amen Clinic in Atlanta and learned how psychiatric illness manifests in the brain. I practice cutting-edge, holistic treatment that focuses on healing the mind-body connection. I provide a safe place for my clients to process their current situations and find some relief.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and believe deeply in the mind-body-spirit connection. We are three dimensional creatures seeking three dimensional healing. In some cases, medications are warranted. In many others, holistic treatment combined with in-depth counseling may be the key to greater happiness.
