I offer trauma-focused, relational, and wellness-informed therapy for adults. My approach is thoughtful, warm, and direct. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help clients process painful experiences, understand protective patterns, and build more clarity, connection, and self-trust.
