My training in both hypnosis and mindfulness has given me unique tools to help my clients when appropriate.
I have had the advantage of education and experience at U.C.S.D. as a Clinical Coordinator of the Mood Disorders Program. There I learned to understand a bio-medical orientation of diagnosis and the importance of research-based approaches to psychiatric disorders, such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, Panic Disorder.
