Karen Harper currently has a waitlist for new clients.
My practice is holistic and honors the mind/body/soul connection. My style is supportive, interactive, compassionate, and direct. I believe life is a journey of peak and valley experiences, and I see myself as a guide when you are having difficulty on your path. I frequently use EMDR which is very helpful with grief, trauma, abuse, or self-esteem. *In keeping with CDC guidelines for COVID-19, if you are ill--even a headache or sore throat--please cancel your appointment at no charge or consider a phone/video appt. New clients are only seen between 11 am - 3 pm Tuesdays through Thursdays.
I have a Jungian approach to therapy which is well-suited for people in the creative arts and for those experiencing life transitions, and interested in deep inner work. I am trained in sand play therapy and dream work which engage the psyche and deepens the connection to the unconscious.
To say the last two years have been tough is an understatement. Yet this time is immensely transformational psychologically, relationally, and spiritually. Together we can explore the effects of global, national, and personal crises and their meanings for you and your growth.
