Today's world is busy and demanding, with many stresses pulling at you day after day. It is normal to feel overwhelmed by the demands of life as we know it. Therapy can offer a space for healing, understanding, and for creating solutions. I use evidence based individual therapies (Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and couples therapy (Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy) to nurture healing and growth with clients. This includes treatment for depression, anxiety, and trauma. Specialty areas include women's mental health across the lifespan, trauma, and couples.
With over 17 years of experience treating individuals and couples, I offer treatment that focuses on building empathy, understanding, and acceptance, whether towards yourself, your children, or your partner. I am trained to work across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults (from young to older), using evidence based therapeutic practices.
I am currently licensed via PSYPACT, the national telehealth network, as well as specifically in Georgia and South Carolina. I conduct telehealth sessions throughout the country, including Washington, DC metro area, New Jersey, and Philadelphia metro area among others, making it easier to fit therapy into your busy schedule.
