Hello. I’m a trauma informed attachment therapist certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I believe in our ability to heal and grow. As each of us is unique, I adapt my interventions to the particular needs of each individual. As I continue to learn, I use an integrative approach based on multiple evidenced based models and am passionate about healing the wounds of trauma and losses and the impact on attachment, development and interpersonal relationship.
I often integrate EMDR, Internal Family System, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as play and art therapy, narratives, to assist processing and overcoming the negative effects of the past traumatic experiences and move towards healing.
