I work exclusively with therapists and coaches who want to bring Internal Family Systems (IFS) more fully into their lives and professional work. Heal your own trauma. Live more effectively from your best Self. Help your clients gain insight and transform their lives. The more Self-led, grounded, and confident you are as a practitioner, the more your clients will heal and the more joy you'll feel in your life and work.

I am a Level 3 Trained and IFS Certified Therapist. I offer individual IFS coaching, teaching and mentoring for the mental health community and others in the healing arts. IFS offers access to the body, heart & mind while embracing individual spiritual paths, making it a beautifully integrated modality for therapy & powerful model for personal development.
My clients are therapists and coaches who love inner work (even though it's daunting) and who bring curiosity, compassion, and commitment to transformation for themselves and their clients.
