I love walking alongside people as life can be difficult and no one should have to navigate challenges alone. If you're dealing with something that feels overwhelmingly daunting, I'm here to help you navigate through what might seem impossible. You may be seeking therapy as you feel lost in life on some level, unsure of how to find your way. With too much on your plate, life just feels like it’s too much. Maybe you're unmotivated to do anything in your free time or you're noticing that you often feel stressed, tired or unfulfilled. It's possible to feel better and live your life with less stress and more calm.

I come from a trauma informed lens and specialize in assisting adults navigating emotional overwhelm in their daily lives. My goal is to guide you away from feeling immobilized, to empowering you to discover meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. Together, we'll work toward unlocking a life where you feel more in control and aligned with your sense of purpose.

Our sessions are focused on you and will provide you with the space to be understood and heard. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to feel what you need to feel. It's important to me to provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs.
