About
limited availability - We can all find ourselves in a position of needing support in our lives to improve our mental health or eliminate negative habits that can be harmful to ourselves and our loved ones. Whether or not one is dealing with past traumas; emotional or physical injuries or just wanting to invest in a positive outlook for one's future, together we can focus on restoring and healing the body, mind and soul. When traditional talk therapy isn't effective, we can also include integrative therapies ( EMDR / Audio Visual Entrainment ) for optimal success reaching your goals. EMDR level 1 & 2 trained
My theoretical approach is eclectic and incorporates person centered therapy; biofeedback/alpha stim; parts work and EMDR. I employ a mindfulness-based, present-moment oriented approach that can be adapted to deal with historical traumas or present moment difficulties. EMDR trained ( Level I & II )
My goal is to help people live a healthier more satisfying lifestyle and address all recovery needs in a supportive process that embraces acceptance, and motivation for change. Together, we can help you build your toolbox full of skills that will assist in an overall improvement of your health and wellness and to challenge the negative beliefs about yourself
