My theoretical approach is eclectic and incorporates person centered therapy; biofeedback/alpha stim; parts work and EMDR. I employ a mindfulness-based, present-moment oriented approach that can be adapted to deal with historical traumas or present moment difficulties. EMDR trained ( Level I & II )

My goal is to help people live a healthier more satisfying lifestyle and address all recovery needs in a supportive process that embraces self-compassion, acceptance, and motivation for change. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you feel more in control. Using Parts work can help you resolve intrapersonal conflicts and unstable moods/behaviors.
