The focus is Strengthening Your Recovery, exploring Topics such as: The Components of Complex Trauma with symptoms mirroring CPTSD, Understanding the Corrosive effects of Gas Lighting, Development of Tools to help restore "Self-Integrity and Inner Safety", a review of what Emotional Safety looks like, Boundaries and Action steps that support self-integrity, Psycho-ed on Addiction as a brain-based disease.
Betrayal Partner's Support Group (via Zoom)
Dealing with Sex Addiction is not only traumatic, but its a highly sensitive issue which creates the need for careful consideration regarding who you let into your circle of support. Given the sensitive nature and misunderstanding about sex addiction, partners can feel isolated and burdened not having a safe place to turn to. This group is geared toward those who can benefit from meeting regularly with other women navigating similar circumstances, however they cannot commit to a weekly group due to work demands, finances, child-care etc. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to learn more.
