New: Women's Betrayed Partner's Group - August 7th
This 12-Week online workshop is designed to help women work through the devastating impact of sexual betrayal. In a safe and supportive environment, women will be able to share their stories, work on processing grief, gain an understanding of why this is complex trauma and tools to work on grounding, healing from gaslighting, how to harness anger productively, and boundary exploration to create safety and take back control where you can. The group also provides a support system so you can feel less alone and can share sensitive information with others navigating through similar experiences.
